An orthopantomogram (OPG) is a type of dental x-ray in which a panoramic view x-ray of the lower face is seen. It displays all the teeth of the upper and lower jaw on a single film. It reveals the number, position, and growth of all the teeth, including those that have not yet surfaced or broken.

A cone-beam CT scan generally requires no special preparations. However, prior to the scan, an individual may be asked to remove items that can interfere with the imaging, including metal objects, jewelry, hairpins, hair aids, etc.
The entire CBCT Scan procedure should generally take less than 30-60 minutes, of which Scanning time per se is approximately 3-5 mins depending upon the clinical conditions.
