Lymphoscintigraphy

It is a nuclear imaging test that helps check the lymphatic system, which transports fluid throughout your immune system, for disease. Lymphoscintigraphy is advised by doctors to find out the sentinel lymph node, or the first node to receive the lymph drainage from a tumor. It is also helpful in identifying points of blockage in the lymphatic system.
