Food Allergy Screening

A simple blood test for food allergy can show sensitisation to certain foods including milk, rice, wheat flour, peanuts, coconut, apple, grapes, potato, spinach and much more. Allergy Food Screening is a specially designed package that confirms the diagnosis of food allergy. The test is done using Immunoblot (Line immunoblot assay - LIA) from Germany’s Euroimmun.
