CT Hand With Wrist Right Side

  • Also Known As

It is an imaging technique that uses a rotating beam of X-rays to create cross-sectional images of the hand and wrist on the right side. The scan helps visualize the bones, joints and surrounding soft tissues. Your doctor may advise this test to detect fractures of the bones that are not visible on a simple X-ray. It is also used to detect any injury and inflection of the soft tissue like the muscle, the tendons and ligaments of the wrist.
