CT Ankle

  • Also Known As

It is an imaging technique that uses a rotating beam of X-rays to create cross-sectional images of the right ankle. The scan helps diagnose conditions such as sprain, fracture, arthritis, abnormal lumps and tumors. It is also helpful in identifying the location of tumors, the stage of cancer, and where to perform a biopsy. It is often used to inspect a patient's ankle soon after an accident to gauge internal injuries.
