This diagnostic test helps find out any abnormality in the left thigh region. A contrast agent is used to accentuate the view and highlight the joints, bones, tissues, and underlying disorders. The scan is useful in finding out osteoporosis, deformities, and any abnormal growth (tumor) of the thighbone.
