CE CT Ankle

  • Also Known As

This imaging method uses a rotating beam of X-rays to create detailed 3-dimensional images of the ankle joint to detect various problems associated with it. It helps detect the fractures of the bones of the ankle joint that could not be seen with just an X-ray. It is also useful in finding out any infection, injury or inflammation of the soft tissues, tendons and ligaments of the ankle joint.
