Core Responsibilities

• Patient Concierge: Greet patients warmly, manage the check-in/check-out process, and provide clear directions regarding their appointments.
• Smart Scheduling: Coordinate complex imaging appointments (MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X-ray) while ensuring all necessary pre-exam instructions (e.g., fasting or hydration) are communicated.
• Documentation & Compliance: Verify insurance coverage, obtain necessary authorizations, and maintain digital records in accordance with healthcare privacy standards.
• Financial Coordination: Collect co-pays and deductibles accurately, providing patients with transparent information regarding their billing.
• Clinical Liaison: Act as the bridge between patients and our radiologic technologists to ensure a seamless flow and minimal wait times.

• Experience: 1–2 years in a medical front office or high-end hospitality environment. Familiarity with medical terminology or EMR systems (like Epic, Athena, or RIS/PACS) is a huge plus.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. You should be able to explain complex insurance jargon in a way that’s easy to understand.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new healthcare software quickly.
• Detail-Oriented: In medical imaging, the difference between a "Left Knee" and "Right Knee" scan is everything. Accuracy is non-negotiable.
